Cardiff Road Improvements Project - Contract Award Recommendation

 

Proposed Motion

1. That Council approve the increased budget and funding for the Cardiff Main Road Improvements project in the amount of $234,000, funded by the Federal Gas Tax Fund grant.

2. That Council approve the increased budget and funding for the Cardiff Main Road Improvements project in the amount of $349,289, funded by the Transportation Capital Road Network Reserve.

3. That Council award the contract for construction of the Cardiff Main Road Improvements project to Carmacks Enterprises Ltd., at a contract price of $2,714,290.00 (not including GST).
