That Council accept the Northern Lights Estates Application for Servicing and Land Use Planning, dated November 2016, as information, and authorize Administration to refer the document to the City of St. Albert for formal review in accordance with the City of St. Albert/Sturgeon County Inter-Municipal Referral Process.
