Proposed Motion
1. That Council rescind Motion 324/16: That Council authorize Administration to release up to 2000 m3 (cubic metres) of clay to Pinnacle Ridge (Pinnacorp) in full consideration of clay provided to Sturgeon County during construction of Bellerose Drive.
2. That Council authorize Administration to deliver, based on availability, up to 5,000 m3 (cubic metres) of clay to Pinnacle Ridge (Pinnacorp) at a cost not to exceed $30,000, funded from Transportation Capital Reserve, acceptance of which would signal full and final repayment of clay provided to Sturgeon County during construction of Bellerose Drive.
