Proposed Motion

1. That Council authorize the Mayor and CAO to travel to Shanghai, China, to participate in a signing ceremony, in the presence of the Canadian and Chinese government officials.

2.  That Council authorize the Mayor to sign a Letter of Intent with SinoEnergy Corporation and China Construction Bank related to advancing a potential SinoEnergy LNG project in Sturgeon County.
