That the Committee approve allocations of $251.31 for the Dale MacMillan Scholarship recipient protocol lunch, $86.03 for the Pembina donation to community wellness protocol continental breakfast, $550 for Remembrance Day wreaths, $5,000 for Yellow Ribbon Gala Sponsorship, and $5,500 for County staff appreciation from the Council Common Public Relations Budget.
