Proposed Motion

1. That Council award the contract for Type “A”, “B” and “D” of the 2021 Gravel Road Stabilization program to PME Inc. at a contract price of $1,800,575.04 (excluding GST) and authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to execute the contract.

2. That Council award the contract for Type “C” of the 2021 Gravel Road Stabilization program to Doblanko Contracting Ltd. at a contract price of $52,320 (excluding GST) and authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to execute the contract.
