Proposed Motion

1. That Council approve an expenditure of up to $450,000 for the Bridge Project itemized in Attachment 1 to be funded by Road Network Reserve.

2. That Council approve an expenditure of up to $235,000 for Drainage Projects itemized in Attachment 1 to be funded by Drainage Reserve.

3. That Council approve an expenditure of up to $900,000 for Rehabilitation/Reconstruction Projects itemized in Attachment 1 to be funded by Road Network Reserve.

4. That Council approve an expenditure of up to $785,000 for Project Engineering itemized in Attachment 1 to be funded by Road Network Reserve.

5. That Council approve an expenditure of up to $525,000 for Pavement Preservation - Surface Treatments itemized in Attachment 1 to be funded by Road Network Reserve.

6. That Council approve an expenditure of up to $1,539,895 for Pavement Preservation - Thin Lift Overlay itemized in Attachment 1 to be funded by Road Network Reserve.
