Proposed Motion

1. That Council accept the Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment Report for Lot K, Block 1, Plan 782 0012 as information.

2. That Council direct Administration to apply to the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Green Municipal Fund to assist with site remediation project costs.

3. That Council direct Administration to undertake tank removal and soil and groundwater sampling not to exceed $70,000 funded from the General Operating Reserve.
