Encroachment Agreement for Lot 10, Block 3, Plan 0622408 in The Crossing at River’s Edge

 

Proposed Motion

1. That Council authorize Administration to prepare and to execute an Encroachment Agreement with the owner of Lot 10, Block 3, Plan 0622408 to allow a retaining wall, firepit, water feature, and fence to remain as built.

 

2. That Council direct Administration to review the Sturgeon County Encroachment Agreement Policy to consider optimal approval authorities and review methodology for different encroachment agreement requests, with a report back to Council by Q3 2021.
