Request for Development Charges Deferral and Amortization

 

Proposed Motion

1. That Council, if subdivision application 2020-S-038 is granted and any future development permits are issued, authorize amortization of off-site levy payments over a 10-year period for the properties currently described as Lots 1, 3, and 8 on Block 4, Plan 7720672.

2. That Council, if subdivision application 2020-S-038 is granted, authorize deferral and amortization of municipal reserve contributions via an appropriate legal instrument on the property currently described as Lot 8, Block 4, Plan 0820287.
