Proposed Motion

1. That Council give first reading of Bylaw 1417/20.

2. That Council direct Administration to advertise the potential of a Road Closure Transfer Agreement with EMK Enterprises Canada Inc., for a below market value price in consideration of market value less expected land remediation costs.
