Proposed Motion

1. That Council accept the Phase I - Sturgeon Valley Growth Framework report as information.

2. That Council support the commencement of Phase 2 planning in the Sturgeon Valley Special Study Area, based on the use of the Growth Framework to inform amendments to the Municipal Development Plan which would facilitate future developer driven Area Structure Plans, with a report back to Council in Q4 2020.
