Cancellation of Public Engagements and Events due to COVID-19

 

Proposed Motion

1. That Council direct Administration to cancel Sturgeon County public engagements and events from May 1 to July 31, 2020 due to COVID-19, with the exception of events where Government of Alberta physical distancing directives can be accommodated.

 

2. That Council direct Administration to bring a Request for Decision to the June 30, 2020 Council meeting to decide on the status of public engagements and events scheduled from August 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020 based on Government of Alberta health directives in place at that time.
