1. That Council give second reading of Bylaw 1447/19.

 

2. That Council give third reading of Bylaw 1447/19.

 

3. That Council uncommit $1,404,225 from the General Operating Reserve earmarked for engineering and land acquisition towards the Alberta Industrial Heartland Waterline Project upon the Alberta Capital Finance Authority issuing the debenture for Bylaw 1447/19.
