1. That Council award the contract for the Meadowview Drive and Range Road 261A Rehabilitation Project to ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd. for the Design and Construction Engineering Services at a contract price of $593,323, not including GST.

2. That Council approve funding of $600,000 from Road Network Reserve 8.18.
