Proposed Motion

1. That the Sturgeon County ICF Negotiating Framework, as provided in Attachment 1 to the Request for Decision, be approved and utilized by the Intermunicipal Negotiating Task Force to frame future ICF discussions.

2. That the Request for Decision and Attachment 1 remain confidential as per Section 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
