Proposed Motion

1. That Council accept the Request for Decision titled “Closed Session - Intermunicipal Matter” as information.

 

2. That Council direct Administration to proceed with Option 1 as indicated in the Request for Decision titled “Closed Session - Intermunicipal Matter”.

 

3. That the Request for Decision titled “Closed Session - Intermunicipal Matter”as well as all Attachments remain confidential as per Sections 23 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
