Alberta Capital Finance Authority (ACFA) Annual General Meeting

 

Proposed Motion

1. That Council appoint Rick Wojtkiw, or designee, to represent and vote the shares of Sturgeon County at the Alberta Capital Finance Authority Annual General Meeting to be held on May 2, 2018 in Edmonton, Alberta.

 

2. That Council hereby nominates Ed Kaemingh, Manager, Financial Services to the Board of Directors representing Class “B” Shareholders.
