Proposed Motion

1. That Council authorize the Mayor to establish a recruitment committee for the period of time that is required to conduct a recruitment process for a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) which will bring forward a recommendation for Council’s decision.

2. That Council authorize the CAO Recruitment Committee to engage the services of a recruitment firm to a maximum of $76,000 to be paid from the Contingency Reserve 8.2.

3. That Council appoint Mayor Hnatiw, Councillor Bokenfohr and Councillor Evans to the CAO Recruitment Committee.
