Sturgeon County & Town of Morinville Agreement for Maintenance and Operation of Jointly Developed Infrastructure - Alberta Community Partnership Program Grant
Proposed Motion
1. That Council support the development of an agreement between Town of Morinville and Sturgeon County for the maintenance and operation of jointly developed infrastructure.
2. That Council authorize Administration to submit a joint grant application with Town of Morinville for 2016/2017 Alberta Community Partnership (ACP) grant program to fund the maintenance and operation of jointly developed infrastructure agreement.
3. That Council designate Sturgeon County as the Managing Partner for the development of an agreement in accordance with the ACP grant application.
