Proposed Motion

1. That Council accept Sturgeon County’s Request for Decision titled “In-Camera - Intermunicipal Matter” as information.

2. That Council direct Administration to proceed with Option 3 as indicated in the Request for Decision titled “In-Camera - Intermunicipal Matter”.

3. That the Request for Decision as well as Attachment 3 remain confidential as per Sections 23 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
