Proposed Motion

That Council authorize the Mayor to submit a letter to the Minister of Municipal Affairs to endorse the position expressed by the Alberta Assessors’ Association regarding centralization of industrial property assessment and to use this as a basis of their informed position during the Municipal Government Act consultation opportunities.
